This Concurrent Resolution formally congratulates the students from Windsor public schools who achieved success at the 2016 State Science Fair, recognizing their accomplishments and the school's ongoing tradition of excellence in this academic competition. Specifically, it highlights Windsor High School's first-place team finish, sophomore Vincent Moeykens' second consecutive top individual award which earned him a trip to the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair, and junior Megan Roberts' achievements including a trip to Washington D.C. The resolution also acknowledges other student winners, their various awards and scholarships, and the dedication of faculty advisors Catherine Engwall and Jen Townsend in supporting the students' participation in this rigorous statewide event.
