This bill authorizes the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA), a public entity responsible for water and sewer services in the Boston metropolitan area, to provide sewer services to a specific 44.13-acre parcel of land located at 355 and 407 Bay Road in Sharon, Massachusetts, owned by Parrish Family, LLC. This service will be provided through the Town of Stoughton's sewer infrastructure, with a daily discharge limit of 10,000 gallons, unless the MWRA approves an additional volume. The property owner will be responsible for all costs associated with the sewer connection, including engineering, design, construction, labor, equipment, and materials. The MWRA can only begin providing these services after its Board of Directors approves the connection, having made specific findings required by law and other applicable policies, and after obtaining all necessary approvals from the Town of Sharon, the transporting community (Stoughton), any other regulatory bodies, and the MWRA Advisory Board.
