This bill authorizes the town of Westhampton to grant a special license to Bradford K. Morse and Jeffery D. Morse, owners of Outlook Farm, allowing them to sell wines and malt beverages for consumption on their premises, overriding certain existing state laws that might otherwise prevent this. The beverages must be produced by or for the winery or brewery and sold under their brand name, and will be served by the glass. Crucially, this license can only be granted if the owners already hold a farmer winery or farmer brewery license, and it cannot be transferred to another person or location. The bill also specifies that the license will be subject to all regulations in chapter 138 of the General Laws, except where this act provides otherwise, and it will become effective immediately upon its passage.
