AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION; AMENDING THE RURAL HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER TAX CREDIT TO ALLOW THE SAME AMOUNT OF CREDIT FOR ALL PRACTITIONERS; MAKING LICENSED COUNSELORS, PHARMACISTS AND SOCIAL WORKERS ELIGIBLE FOR THE RURAL HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER TAX CREDIT.
