AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC FINANCE; INCLUDING PROVISIONS FOR COUNTY INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND ACT; CHANGING THE LIST OF PROJECTS THAT MAY BE FUNDED WITH INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS; REQUIRING INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND FUNDED PROJECTS TO BE LOCATED ENTIRELY INSIDE CERTAIN BOUNDARIES OF ISSUING LOCAL GOVERNMENTS; PROVIDING FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD CERTAIN PROJECTS, AS PERMITTED PURSUANT TO THE LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT; AMENDING, REPEALING, ENACTING AND RECOMPILING SECTIONS OF THE NMSA 1978.
