Relative to establishing provisions for the return of expired pharmaceuticals. Public Health.

It requires manufacturers of controlled substances to provide for the return of expired drugs from pharmacies within six months of the expiration date and to provide full credit or refund. Failure to comply may result in the Commissioner listing the manufacturer's products as ineligible for use in any state-funded program.
