Additionally, the bill requires solicitations by professional solicitors and commercial co-venturers to disclose the name and principal place of business of the charitable organization or the professional solicitor/commercial co-venturer, that the solicitation is being conducted by a paid fundraiser, and the website and phone number where people can get more information, including the minimum share of fundraising receipts used solely for the described charitable purpose.
