This bill repeals and replaces section 630.745 of the Missouri Revised Statutes, which relates to inspection requirements for mental health facilities. The key provisions of the bill include: 1. Authorizing the Department to issue a notice of noncompliance if the facility or program is not in substantial compliance and not correcting the issues as per the approved plan, which the facility or program must post and the Department must send to any concerned government agencies. 5. Allowing the facility or program to enter into a consent agreement with the Department to obtain a probationary license, with the facility or program agreeing to voluntarily surrender the license if substantial compliance is not reached.
