AI Summary

This bill amends existing Nevada law to provide for the early termination of a rental agreement if a tenant, co-tenant, or household member is a victim of harassment, sexual assault, or stalking, in addition to the existing provision for victims of domestic violence. The bill also prohibits landlords from taking retaliatory actions against tenants, co-tenants, or household members who are victims of harassment, sexual assault, or stalking, or who terminate a rental agreement due to such victimization.
