This bill revises the eligibility requirements for certain truck tractor and heavy truck fees and license plates. Specifically, it removes the previous 150-mile radius restriction for trucks used exclusively for hauling forestry products or primarily for hauling agricultural or horticultural products. The bill also removes the requirement for certain supplemental pesticide registration fees that were previously used to fund the testing of pesticides for food safety. The bill's provisions will take effect on July 1, 2017.
