AI Summary

This bill amends the Small Business Act to require government contracts for the purchase of goods and services between the micro-purchase threshold (currently $2,500) and the simplified acquisition threshold (currently $100,000) to be reserved exclusively for small business concerns, unless the contracting officer is unable to obtain competitive offers from at least two small businesses.
