AI Summary

This bill directs the Department of Agriculture to release, convey, and quitclaim (transfer ownership of) certain lands in Old Town, Maine, to the city, without monetary consideration. The lands were originally conveyed to the city under the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act in 1941 and are now proposed for conveyance by the city for the purpose of economic development.
