Using Evidence to Move Welfare Recipients into Work Act This bill amends title IV (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) (TANF) of the Social Security Act to direct the Department of Health and Human Services, in consultation with the Department of Labor, to develop a database of projects that have used a proven or promising approach in moving TANF recipients into work. The database shall be called the "What Works Clearinghouse of Proven and Promising Projects to Move Welfare Recipients into Work."
