AI Summary

This bill establishes the Vulnerability Equities Review Board, which is responsible for developing and publishing policies on how the federal government should handle information about vulnerabilities in technology that are not publicly known. The board is composed of representatives from various federal agencies, and it must consider factors like the potential risks of leaving a vulnerability unpatched and the likelihood of the vulnerability being discovered by adversaries when determining whether to share or release information about the vulnerability with non-federal entities.
