AI Summary

This bill amends Section 18223 of the Public Health Code to allow for the issuance of temporary licenses to certain individuals seeking a limited license as a psychologist. Specifically, it allows the board to grant a temporary license to individuals who have a master's degree in psychology and one year of supervised postgraduate experience, as well as to individuals enrolled in a doctoral degree program that meets the requirements for a full psychology license. These temporary licenses can be renewed for an additional 24-month term.
