AI Summary

This bill amends the Georgia Code to define "sexual misconduct" and require the presentation of classes or courses on this topic for members of the General Assembly and state employees. The bill mandates that the classes include information on federal and state laws prohibiting sexual misconduct, as well as practical guidance on prevention and remedies available to victims. It also requires the classes to be recorded and made available online for those who cannot attend in person, and department heads to be presented with the class. The bill also revises the definition of "sexual harassment" in the state's ethics code to align with the new definition of "sexual misconduct."
