This bill authorizes the New Mexico Finance Authority to issue and sell state office building tax revenue bonds to fund the planning, design, acquisition, construction, renovation, equipment, and furnishing of a building in Bernalillo County to be operated by the Children, Youth and Families Department. The bill appropriates the net proceeds from the bond sale to the Facilities Management Division of the General Services Department for this purpose, and allows the division to use a portion of the State Building Bonding Fund for required maintenance and repairs on the facility.
