AN ACT 2 To enact R.S. 47:463.47.1, relative to motor vehicle special prestige license plates; to 3 provide for the "Military Order of the Purple Heart First Responder Program" special 4 prestige license plate; to provide for the creation, issuance, design, fees, distribution, 5 and rule promulgation applicable to such license plates; and to provide for related 6 matters. 7
