This bill modifies the eligibility requirements for the renewable chemical production incentive program in Minnesota. The bill also changes the start date for production from January 1, 2015, to January 1, 2013, and sets a deadline of June 30, 2025, for facilities to begin production. Additionally, the bill prohibits payments for renewable chemical production that occurs after June 30, 2035, and clarifies that producers cannot transfer their eligibility to a different facility location.
