This bill authorizes the city of Marlborough to grant an additional license for the sale of alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises to Kennedy's Irish Pub Inc. d/b/a Kennedy's Market. The license is subject to all provisions of the state's alcohol licensing laws, except for the limitation on the number of licenses that can be granted. The bill also specifies that the license cannot be transferred to a different location, but it can be granted to a new applicant at the same location if the applicant is in good standing with the relevant state departments. If the license is cancelled, revoked, or no longer in use, it must be returned to the licensing authority, which can then grant it to a new applicant under the same conditions. The license must be issued within 2 years of the effective date of the bill.
