The bill also establishes a task force to develop a model sexual misconduct climate survey for institutions to use, which must be designed to gather information on various aspects of campus sexual misconduct, including reported incidents, student awareness of policies, and access to support services. The survey responses must be anonymous, and institutions must post a summary of the results on their website within 120 days of completion.
