AI Summary
This bill makes several changes to school transportation laws in Massachusetts. It increases the threshold for requiring competitive bidding for school supply and service contracts from $50,000 to $100,000. It also allows for payment of school travel expenses prior to the date of travel and for certain software and subscription services prior to the fiscal year in which they are rendered.
