This bill requires the town of Hingham and the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority to cover the costs associated with executing the land conveyances authorized in the previous sections of the bill. It also stipulates that the easements granted in these conveyances must be used solely for the purposes described and include a reversionary clause, where the interest would revert to the commonwealth if the purpose is no longer met. Any further disposition of the reverted interest would be subject to the relevant state laws and require approval from the state legislature.
