Requiring protection for the continuous skilled care of fragile children in the Commonwealth

This bill requires the Center for Health Information and Analysis, in conjunction with MassHealth, to prepare a biennial report on the number of pediatric patients requiring continuous skilled nursing care, the authorized and delivered hours of such care, the utilization and adequacy of reimbursement rates for this care.
