II. Removes the specific reference in current statutes to administration via auto-injectors. III. Changes references from "physician" to "health care provider" and clarifies that epinephrine prescribed for an individual at a school or camp may also be used to treat another individual experiencing an anaphylactic emergency. IV. Directs school districts that employ or contract with a school nurse to maintain a supply of epinephrine and establishes an epinephrine fund to provide financial support for the procurement and distribution of epinephrine to schools.
