This bill: - Requires the Department of Insurance to annually report on the medical loss ratios of dental insurers in the state. - Requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations for employees with sincerely held religious beliefs that prevent them from getting the COVID-19 vaccine, unless the accommodation would pose an undue hardship. - Makes various changes to the powers and duties of the Department of Health Services, including adjusting the distribution of fees collected and adding requirements for the newborn screening program. - Expands the Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers to include additional members, including a public member representing an elderly advocacy organization and a family member of a facility resident. - Establishes a Sexual Violence Service Fund and requires the Department of Economic Security to provide grants to sexual violence service providers. - Prohibits the state, cities, towns, and counties from establishing a COVID-19 vaccine passport or requiring businesses to obtain proof of vaccination status. - Makes various other changes related to healthcare services, facilities, and programs.
