AI Summary

This bill requires the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University to establish and maintain two databases containing information on all individuals appointed to state boards, commissions, authorities, or other multi-member entities, as well as all elected public officials in New Jersey (excluding school boards). The databases will include the individual's name, title of office, term of office, race, gender identity or expression, and the appointing authority.
