This bill amends the Alcoholic Beverage Code to allow mixed beverage permit holders who also hold a food and beverage certificate to deliver alcoholic beverages from their premises to off-premises consumers, as long as the delivery is made with food prepared on the premises, the alcoholic beverage is sealed in a single-serving container, and the delivery is not made to another licensed premises or a location where alcohol possession or consumption is prohibited. The bill specifies that deliveries can only be made by a person 21 years or older to a recipient 21 years or older who presents valid identification and signs a receipt.
