The Center's website shall be updated regularly (no more than 90 days after data is reported) with comparative price, cost, and quality information for the most common healthcare services, as well as additional information to help consumers compare health coverage and providers. 3. The bill requires health insurance carriers to provide claims data for every health benefit plan they provide to eligible small businesses, upon request, to help the small businesses control their healthcare costs. The overall goal of this bill is to improve transparency in healthcare data and empower consumers and small businesses to make more informed decisions about their healthcare options.
