Relative to testing persons convicted of sexual assault for the HIV virus. Public Health.

This bill requires individuals convicted of certain sexual assault crimes to undergo HIV testing within 14 days of their conviction. The results of the testing must be made available to the convicted individual as well as the victim of the crime.
