AI Summary
This bill requires the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to create and maintain a mandatory baseline concussion test for all high school athletes enrolled in public schools or schools subject to the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) rules. Schools must use the department's baseline concussion test and share the results with student athletes, their parents or guardians if under 18, the school's athletic director, coaches, trainers, and other athletic health personnel.
