This bill proposes to permit a first- class licensee to sell malt and vinous beverages at a reduced price during a period of not more than two hours each day. It also proposes to permit a third- VT LEG #337784 v.1 H.482 class licensee to sell spirits and fortified wines at a reduced price during a period of not more than two hours each day.
