Allowing the state to suspend the right of a nurse aide, home health aide, homemaker, or personal care services provider to work if they are found to have abused, neglected, or mistreated a patient or resident, or misappropriated their property. 5. Permanently suspending an individual's ability to work in these roles if they are convicted of a crime arising from a report of abuse.
