To direct the Secretary of Defense to report on vulnerabilities from sea level rise to certain military installations located outside the continental United States. This bill requires the Department of Defense to report to Congress on the vulnerabilities to sea level rise of (1) the Naval Support Facility Diego Garcia, and (2) the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site (in the Marshall Islands).
