This bill amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to require issuers of securities to disclose information regarding their human capital management policies, practices, and performance. The required disclosures include workforce data related to full-time, part-time, and contingent employees; turnover and retention rates; racial, ethnic, and gender composition; skills, training, and capabilities; health and safety; compensation and incentives; and recruiting. The bill also requires the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to conduct a study on the value to investors of information about issuers' human rights commitments, workforce-related violations, and employee engagement and wellbeing.
