This bill establishes the Office to Enforce and Protect Against Child Sexual Exploitation within the Executive Office of the President. The Office will be led by a Director who is appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate. The Director's duties include coordinating the activities of federal agencies involved in addressing child sexual exploitation, cooperating with foreign law enforcement, and developing and implementing an enforcement and protection strategy. The bill also provides increased funding for various programs and services related to the prevention, investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child sexual exploitation, including through the establishment of the Child Sexual Exploitation Treatment, Support, and Prevention Fund. Additionally, the bill requires the Director to work with the Department of Health and Human Services to study risk factors and evaluate programs for preventing child sexual exploitation.
