This bill establishes the Office to Enforce and Protect Against Child Sexual Exploitation within the Executive Office of the President. The Director of this Office will coordinate the activities of various federal agencies and programs related to the prevention, investigation, prosecution, and treatment of victims of child sexual exploitation. The bill also provides increased funding for these efforts, including transfers to the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and other programs and services. Additionally, the bill requires the Director to develop an enforcement and protection strategy, submit annual reports, and modernize the CyberTipline used to report child sexual exploitation.
