Providing for consideration of the Senate amendments to the bill (H.B. 6172) to amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to prohibit the production of certain business records, and for other purposes. This resolution provides for consideration of the Senate amendments to H.B. 6172 (USA FREEDOM Reauthorization Act of 2020). Only the majority leader may offer a privileged motion to dispose of any amendment relating to H.B. 6172. Finally, the resolution postpones further consideration of the veto message on H.J.Res. 76 (nullifying a rule issued by the Department of Education relating to Borrower Defense Institutional Accountability) until the legislative day of Wednesday, July 1, 2020, if a veto message is laid before the House on H.J.Res. 76.
