AI Summary
This Resolution establishes the rules for considering several important bills in the House of Representatives, essentially setting the agenda and debate procedures. It allows for the consideration of H.B. 6395, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021, which authorizes funding for the Department of Defense and sets military personnel levels, by waiving points of order that could block its consideration and debate, and also allows for specific amendments and a motion to recommit. Additionally, it provides for the consideration of H.B. 7027 and H.B. 7327, which are supplemental appropriations bills for disaster relief, also by waiving points of order and setting debate limits. Finally, it allows for the consideration of the Senate's amendments to H.B. 1957, the Great American Outdoors Act, which aims to modernize the Internal Revenue Service, by waiving points of order and setting a specific debate time for the House to concur with the Senate's changes. The resolution also extends certain procedural dates related to House operations.
