This bill authorizes the town of Sudbury to grant an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises of a sit-down restaurant located within the Meadow Walk development. The license is subject to the requirements of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 138, except for the restriction on the number of licenses per town. The bill also specifies that the license cannot be transferred outside of the Meadow Walk development, but can be granted to a new applicant within the development if they are in good standing with the Department of Revenue and the Department of Unemployment Assistance.
