This bill authorizes the town of Sudbury to grant an additional license for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises. The license can only be granted to an establishment located in Building 2, 3, 4, or 5 within the Meadow Walk development on Boston Post Road. The license is subject to all provisions of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, except for the limit on the number of licenses that can be granted. The licensing authority is prohibited from transferring the license outside of the Meadow Walk development, but can grant it to a new applicant within the development if certain tax and fee requirements are met. If the license is terminated or not renewed, it must be returned to the licensing authority, which can then grant it to a new applicant within the Meadow Walk development under the same conditions.
