This bill authorizes the town of Concord to grant up to six additional liquor licenses for the sale of wines and malt beverages to be consumed on the premises. The licenses are subject to approval by the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission and must comply with the state's liquor laws, except for the requirement that the licenses cannot be transferred to a new location. If a license granted under this bill is cancelled, revoked, or no longer in use, it must be returned to the town, which can then issue it to a new applicant under the same conditions. The bill takes effect immediately upon passage.
