This bill amends the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to provide fishing and hunting reciprocity for active duty military personnel and disabled veterans. Specifically, the bill allows active duty military members with a valid fishing or hunting license from another state to fish or hunt in Pennsylvania, as long as that state provides a reciprocal privilege. The bill also allows disabled veterans with a valid annual fishing or hunting license from another state to fish or hunt in Pennsylvania, again with the condition of reciprocity. The Attorney General is given the authority to negotiate and enter into reciprocity agreements with other states to facilitate these privileges.
