This bill provides for occupational licenses or other authorization to practice by recognition for qualified applicants from other states. The key provisions of the bill are: 1. It establishes procedures for the application process, appeals, and limitations on the license or authorization issued. 6. It preempts local governments from regulating occupational licenses and authorizations covered by the bill.
