The camera must record the vehicle's operation, including any passengers entering or exiting, and store at least 60 hours of footage. The footage must be accessible to local law enforcement and regulatory authorities. The bill also allows for the installation of front-facing cameras, as long as the minimum requirements are met, and supersedes any local regulations on video cameras in these types of commercial vehicles.
