This program aims to inform victims of domestic violence about available assistance, utilizing methods like placing posters and signage in discreet locations and in multiple languages, recognizing the disproportionate rates of domestic violence in certain communities like the Filipino population in Hawaii and the impact of events like the COVID-19 pandemic. The Commission is also requested to report on the task force's progress, findings, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature by a specific date.
