This bill amends the Public School Code of 1949 to provide for a full-time cyber education program offered by a school district. If a student enrolls in the school district's cyber education program, the student will not be charged any tuition or fees beyond those imposed on the district's students generally. If a student chooses to enroll in a cyber charter school instead, the student or their parent/guardian will be responsible for paying the per-student amount to the cyber charter school. Students enrolled in the cyber charter school will not be included in the school district's average daily membership for the purposes of basic education and special education funding.
