The bill also mandates that health care practitioners must conspicuously display their specific licensure information, including wearing a photo identification name tag and posting a written notice in their office. Additionally, medical doctors or doctors of osteopathic medicine who supervise or collaborate with non-medical practitioners must post the regular hours they will be present in each office. The bill exempts health care practitioners working in non-patient care settings without direct patient interactions.
