Prohibiting price discrimination between dealers and requiring manufacturers/distributors to offer equal terms to all dealers, except for sales to government entities or for driver education programs. 2. Restricting the ability of manufacturers/distributors to require dealers to make facility changes, obtain parts/services from specific vendors, or sell only manufacturer-endorsed service contracts. 3. Requiring manufacturers/distributors to compensate dealers for unsold vehicles subject to recalls if parts are unavailable, and prohibiting retaliation against dealers who seek such compensation. 4. Preventing manufacturers/distributors from dictating or influencing dealers' retail repair prices and prohibiting them from recovering recall reimbursement costs through other charges. 5. Exempting dealers from liability for exported vehicles if they acted in good faith and did not know the buyer's intention to export. 6. Allowing dealers to more easily seek injunctive relief against unfair practices by manufacturers/distributors. 7. Extending the sunset date for the motor vehicle telematics system notice requirement from 2022 to 2025.
