This bill makes improvements in the enactment of title 41, United States Code, into a positive law title and improves the Code. The bill amends numerous provisions across the U.S. Code to update references to sections of title 41, replacing outdated references to the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act with the corresponding sections of title 41, which now contains the provisions of those prior laws. The purpose is to facilitate the enactment of title 41 as a positive law title and improve the overall Code.
